These are the questions employers ask most often

A participant (employer) consults the registry when a job applicant is identified. A participant (employer) can check in the WLS to see if the job applicant (the individual in question) has a record in the WLS. If there is a record, the participating party can contact the applicant’s “previous employer” and inquire about the reason for the entry in the WLS.

The WLS is specifically intended for all employees and officials working in logistics.
