No. Screening against the WLS is always linked to a specific job application or a request for employment, not to a bulk screening of existing staff. The applicant must be informed in advance that the screening is part of the procedure. Only authorized employees may conduct screenings, and for each screening, a record is kept of who conducted it, when it was conducted, and whether it resulted in a match. This is also part of the mandatory audit.
